The casino building will have two stores and a total of more than 400,000 square feet. Harras plans to build a 5,000-square-foot reception area, an 800 seats entertainment hall, and a two story bar that will be placed in the middle of the gaming area.

The least expensive casino offering comes from PITG Gaming with an estimated cost of 375 million dollars. The Majestic Star Casino would be as big as Harrahs casino. It will be located on the bank of the Ohio River between the science center and the West End Bridge. The casino would include a martini bar surrounded by indoor waterfall and atrium.

Isle of Capri promises to create in the Pittsburgh casino its famous Caribbean environment. The entrances hall will be decorated with palm trees and waterfalls. The casino estimated cost is about 400 million dollars.
