Six people were arrested for participating in an illegal poker game in a warehouse at Long Island. Nassau County police raided the warehouse on Thursday night. According to the police, the illegal Holdem game was watched by guards who used a sophisticated supervision gear.
During the raid, the police confiscated 10,000 dollars in addition to card tables and poker chips from the poker game location. The police also seized a car that was used to guard the warehouse parking lot. According to the police, the warehouse was watched by two security guards using walkie-talkies.
The police stated in a news release that the raid was a result of community complaints. All the six people will be charged with second degree promoting gambling.
